Janusz Kacprzyk is a full professor at the Systems Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, 01-447, Poland, and a full member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, Spanish Royal Academy of Economic and Financial Sciences, and Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He is the recipient of six honorary doctorates. His research interests include computational and artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic in systems, decision, and control. He has authored seven books, 150 volumes, and 650+ articles, including about 100 in Web of Science journals. He is editor-in-chief of Springer’s seven book series. He is listed in the 2020 “World’s 2% Top Scientists.” He is a Fellow of IEEE, the International Fuzzy Systems Association, European Association for Artificial Intelligence, Mexican Society for Artificial Intelligence, and the president of the Polish Operational and Systems Research Society.

Professor Krzysztof Szczypiorski

Krzysztof Szczypiorski is a Professor of Telecommunications at the Institute of Telecommunications (IT), Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology (FEIT), Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Poland. Head and co-founder of Cybersecurity Division at IT FEIT WUT. Head and co-founder of Cybersecurity and Data Science Research Centre, WUT. Head and co-founder of B.Sc. and M.Sc. Programs in Cybersecurity at FEIT WUT. Head of the MBA Cybersecurity Management program at WUT School of Business. His research interests include new methods of phenomenon observation, especially in the communication and social networks, medicine, and stock exchange, new algorithms in cybersecurity (network steganography and steganalysis, anomaly detection, and fraud management), and exploring cyber crimes through digital forensics, and design of advanced intelligence systems. He holds an M.Sc. (1997, with honours), a PhD (2007, with honours) and a D.Sc. (a habilitation, 2012) all in Telecommunications from FEIT,  WUT. He also finished his postgraduate studies in Psychology of Motivation (2013) at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS), Warsaw, Poland and Master of Business Administration (MBA) at WUT School of Business (2022). He graduated from Budapest Tech (now Óbuda University), Hungary, in Advanced Networking (2003) and Hass School of Business, University of California, Berkeley (2013).Founder and head of International Telecommunication Union Internet Training Centre (ITU-ITC) established in 2003. Co-founder and Director of Research & Development Department of Cryptomage S.A (2015-) - a cybersecurity company. A member of the Board (2012-) of the Cybersecurity Foundation. Senior Member of the following organizations: IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and ASR (Asia Society for Research). Expert-member of Telecommunication Section, Electronics and Telecommunications Commitee, Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS).

Professor Kamran Iqbal

Kamran Iqbal obtained his B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering from NED University, and his MS, MBA, and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University. He has since held academic appointments at College of Aeronautical Engineering, GIK Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Northwestern University, California State University at Fullerton, University of California, Riverside, University of California, Irvine, and University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he currently serves as Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the School of Engineering and Engineering Technology. His research interests include neuro-mechanics of human movement, biomedical signal and image processing, cyber physical systems, electrical energy, robotics, and machine learning. He has authored two books and co-authored over one hundred and fifty peer-reviewed research articles. He is a member of IEEE (CS, EMBC, IES, SMC), IET (UK), ASEE, IASTED, and Sigma Xi (past president of Central Arkansas Chapter).

Prof. Jinfang Jiang

Professor Jiang Jinfang, her main research interests are Internet of Things security, artificial intelligence, Industrial Internet, smart ocean, etc.


In 2015, he was awarded Associate Professor and "Dayu Scholar" of Hohai University in 2018, Young Professor of Hohai University and high-level talent of "Six Talent Peaks" of Jiangsu Province in 2019. In recent years, he has published more than 40 SCI papers in international journals such as IEEE TMC, IEEE TIE, IEEE TII, IEEE COMMAG and IEEE TPDS (including 1 ESI hot spot paper and 7 ESI highly cited papers). Presided over/participated in more than 10 projects above provincial and ministerial level, including national key research and development programs, national major science and technology projects, National Natural Science Foundation, Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province, etc.

Professor Daniele Giusto

Daniele D. Giusto received his Laurea (M.S.) degree in electronic engineering and his Dottorato di Ricerca (Ph.D.) degree in telecommunications from the University of Genoa, Italy, in 1986 and 1990, respectively. Since 1994, he has been a permanent faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Cagliari, Italy, where he became a full professor of Telecommunications in 2002. Dr. Giusto is senior member of IEEE and was a member of IEEE Standard committee (2007-2010). He is the recipient of an IEEE Chester Sall paper award (1998) and of the AEI Ottavio Bonazzi best paper award (1993). He was the Italian Head of Delegation in the ISO-JPEG committee from 1999 to 2018, and is the Italian Head of Delegation in the ISO-Smart Cities committee since its foundation (2016). His research interests are in the area of smart cities, sensor networks and IoT, mobile and professional networks, digital media.

Associate Professor Xin Su

IEEE Senior Member, Hohai University, China


Su Xin, Ph.D., associate professor at HOHAI University. He is IEEE senior member, and focuses the research topics on mobile communication, 5G systems, edge computing/fog computing, Internet of Things applications, and marine networks. Dr. Su holds the Chinese National, Jiangsu provincial, and Changzhou projects, and contract's funding over 700,000 RMB. Recent years, he has published more than 70 academic papers, including IEEE TII, FGCS, IEEE T-SUSC, IEEE CEM, MONET, etc.; and has seven invention patents. Dr. Su currently works on the editorial board of IEEE ACCESS and Digital Communications & Networks. He has served as the organizer of International Conferences, such as IEEE CCNC, IEEE ISPA, ACM RACS, ACM SAC, and I-SPAN.

Associate Professor Ning Sun

Sun Ning is now an associate professor and master tutor of the Computer Department of the School of Internet of Things Engineering, Hohai University. Member of IEEE, China Computer Society.


Presided over and participated in 5 national and provincial natural science fund projects, as well as Changzhou science and technology projects and horizontal projects; Published more than 30 SCI/EI retrieval papers, and won the best paper award of QSHINE2016 conference; 5 authorized invention patents, 1 soft; One textbook was published. He has been a reviewer of international journals such as IEEE Network Magazine, Computer Networks, Journal of Computer Network and Applications. Research areas: Internet of Things theory and technology, network security, cloud computing and big data.
